Is there a free trial?
Yes. Solo and Business come with 14 days free, and you don't need a card to start. Solo comes with guided setup; Business includes a setup call so your first month is planned with you. Agencies get a demo and a first client set up with us.
Is the AI included?
Yes. There's no AI account to set up and no separate bill. Each plan comes with a monthly allowance, shown as a meter on your dashboard. Most businesses use a fraction of it. If you ever reach the limit, new AI drafts pause until the 1st of the month, and everything else keeps working: editing, approving and posting.
What else will I pay for?
Buffer, once you post more than its free plan allows. The free plan covers three channels and ten scheduled posts per channel at a time, which is tight for a month planned in one go, so most people move to Buffer Essentials at about $6 a channel a month. Canva is optional, and a free account is plenty if you use it.
Why does it cost more than a scheduling app?
A scheduler only posts what you give it. Imprint plans the month, writes the captions, makes the posts, gets them approved and writes the report, and the AI that does it is paid for. Set against a few hours of your own time each week, or a freelancer at £300 to £600 a month, it's the cheaper option.
What does the founding price mean?
Sign up before the end of 2026 and your monthly price stays as it was on the day you joined for your first twelve months.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. Your plans, posts and reports come with you.
Can I cancel?
Any time. It's monthly, and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices are shown before VAT, which is added where it applies.
