Plan. The whole month drafted for you, every post dated and with a reason it's there.

Why people use it

Social media isn't hard. It's relentless.

Posting well means planning, designing, writing, chasing approval, scheduling and checking the numbers, every single week. That's the bit Imprint takes off you.

"I never know what to post."

The month, planned for you

Every post dated and matched to what's on: quiz night, the new menu, the bank holiday. You just keep, change or bin.

"Every post starts from a blank screen."

Posts made in your brand

Your logo, colours and photos, already laid out. Captions written in the way you talk. No designer, no Canva rabbit hole.

"Getting sign-off takes days."

Approved from a phone

One link to the owner or manager. They tap approve, or leave a note. No more WhatsApp threads and "did you see my email?"

"Is any of this even working?"

Proof, every month

Reach, followers and bookings pulled together and written up in plain English, so you know what to do more of.

How it works

A whole month of social, done in five steps.

Shown with the Copper Wren, a made-up group of three pubs. Tap through the steps.

Press "Plan this month" and you get a dated calendar of posts and reels, each with a reason it's there.

September in a sentence: quiz nights did the heavy lifting. The two quiz reels were the most shared posts of the month, and Tuesday bookings at the Copper Wren were up by a third.
The writing

Captions that sound like you, not a robot.

Tell it once who you're talking to, how you talk and what you'd never say. Every caption, plan and report is written from that brief, so your posts sound like the person behind the counter.

1 · You write the brief once
Your brief · The Copper Wren
Who you're talking to
Locals who treat us as their second living room, and people in town for a weekend who want a proper pub, not a chain.
How you talk
Like the person behind the bar. Warm, a bit dry, never shouty. Short sentences.
Never
No "vibes", no "banging", no exclamation marks. Don't call anything "legendary".
2 · It writes every caption

What happens after I sign up?
You answer a few plain questions about your business, who you're talking to and how you talk. Guided setup then walks you through connecting Buffer and adding your logo and colours. Press "Plan this month", keep what you like, and your first posts can go out that week. On Business and Agency we do the setup with you on a call.
Do I need to know anything about marketing?
No. The plan comes back with a reason for every post. You read it, change what you like and approve it.
Is the AI included?
Yes. There's nothing extra to sign up for and no second bill. Your plan has a monthly allowance, shown as a meter on your dashboard, and most businesses use a fraction of it.
What else will I pay for?
Buffer, once you post more than its free plan allows (three channels, ten scheduled posts per channel). Most people move to Buffer Essentials at about $6 a channel a month. Canva is optional: design there if you like and drop the file in.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. It's monthly with no contract, and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Your plans and posts stay yours.
I'm a freelancer or an agency. How is that different?
Each of your clients gets their own portal in their colours or yours, with sign-off links and reports you send as your own. See how it works for freelancers and agencies.

Ready when you are.
